DreamSleeper Deluxe pillow review: http://hikingthejmt.com/jmt-gear-review/ Note: scroll down to DreamSleeper pillow review
Love my DreamSleeper. I'm 6'2" with big shoulders, and I finally sleep without neck problems. Tip: Inflate pillow when you get to camp. Add more air just before going to sleep. Why? You inflate the pillow with nice warm air from your lungs. Then that air cools down to ambient temperature in a couple of hours. The air inside shrinks, and the pillow shrinks, and it's not thick enough for me. Top it off after the air inside the pillow cools down, problem solved.
Thanks for the tip! Also, I find it more comfortable if only filled about 80% full...
GEAR REVIEW: Big Sky International DreamSleeper UltraLight Inflatable Pillow: http://southwestultralight.blogspot.com/2013/11/gear-review-big-sky-international-dream.html
I’ve probably had 30-40 pillows over the course of my backpacking life. This is by far the best pillow I’ve tried yet and the only one I’ve found that is light and actually works. I love the dip in the center. I can use the corners when I sleep on my side and the center when I sleep on my back. I've been using this pillow since they first came out.
