All orders will be processed within five business days. In the event that an item is backordered, we will contact you with an estimated delivery time.

Shipping Rates - USA

- U.S.A. (lower 48 states, Alaska, and Hawaii)

Please note: When standard shipping is selected, Big Sky determines the most efficient shipping carrier for your order. The carriers that may be used are: U.S. Postal Service (USPS), UPS or FedEx. Shipping charges may be subject to sales tax depending on the tax laws of the state the order is being shipped to. We can expedite ship, using companies such as FedEx. Please contact us for rates.

Note 1: this rate is for Priority mail, it includes a tracking number and insurance.
Note 2: Due to customers complaining of UPS's high brokerage fees we suggest not using UPS to Canada.
Note 3: Express Mail (EMS) is US$49.99 and this rate includes a tracking number and insurance.
