    Seperate pole purchase

    I received the 47" seperate pole with end pieces. It appears to be very well made, nice little stuff sack and well packaged. I am thrilled with the product, company and their communication.

    Skipping issues

    Can't review the product because it still hasn't arrived, so I'll review the shipping service they used: it's slow and they don't provide updates

    WOW... We show you ordered June 9 and we shipped your order June 10... not sure what is taking the shipping company so long (30 days and counting)... We think you are being generous with 2 stars... we would give the shipping company NEGATIVE 2 stars... We are shipping 2 more poles to you via Priority Mail... Hopefully, these will arrive quickly... We sincerely apologize for the delay.

    • Will these work on other brands' tent pole based tents? The ends look unique on these.

      Some of Big Sky's tents, such as the Wisp 1P tent, require a 120cm pole, such as trekking pole. This pole can be used instead of a trekking pole. Note: Big Sky's tents are designed to have the trekking pole handle up into the tent, instead of the trekking pole tip that would tear the tent.
