After trying uncomfortable flat pillow designs or designs that blow up like a balloon causing a person’s head to roll off, Big Sky choose an ergonomic design that cradles a person’s head for a good night’s sleep.

The pillow cover is a cotton soft synthetic fabric that wicks moisture on hot nights. The pillow cover is removable for quick and easy cleaning. Each pillow includes an attached self storing pouch will not get lost like a separate stuff sack will.

Pillow is ergonomically designed to cradle a person's head for a good night's sleep.

Big Sky uses high grade Thermo PolyUrethane (TPU) for this pillow air bladder that has a higher strength to weight ratio than PVC that some cheap pillows are made out of.

Since Big Sky's DreamSleeper™ pillow bladder is made with TPU it can be used in the winter, unlike cheaper pillows made with PVC that will crack when it gets too cold.

TPU goes though a natural aging process, initially transparent, then translucent, and eventually opaque.

TPU is also more environmental friendly than PVC.

My favorite backpacking pillow

I have had a DreamSleeper pillow with cover for about four years now. I have used it allover the U.S. and in Nepal and India on some extreme backpacking trips. Somehow I lost/misplaced my DreamSleeper pillow in early 2020 so I used another inflatable pillow I had on hand during the fall of 2020 backpacking trips. After using the other lightweight backpacking pillows I had, they just didn't match the comfort of the DreamSleeper so I had to purchase a new DreamSleeper to replace the one I lost.

Comfortable but huge disappointment

I was satisfied with its weight, texture and packed size. I really enjoyed using it for the first time... However nightmare came at the 2nd and 3rd time... in the 2nd time I used this pillow, the air leaked out and woke me up in midnight touching my sleeping pad. I thought I didn’t close the valve tightly, so I had blown it up again and slept. Then I was woken by the leaked pillow again... I gave up blowing it....... I didn’t expect your company’s product would be like that
